I’m looking for an armor. What is the armor that will prepare me but also protect me in the battles that I am called upon to give every day? How will I defend myself against what offends me, hurts me, threatens me, to what I carry since I was a child, still pure, but obviously full full?
Sometimes, my armor is a mask, a mask that fools, disguises misleading for reasons that are asked to me but are not about my truth. I leave my body vulnerable, and they penetrate materials that hurt me, helpless from the almighty pain that shocks me. Someday, I look for healing. Someday, I can be healed. But even for my healing, the others will decide… Moments, I am proud of my cultivation, my intangible armour is this, the aura that protects me… My work is the woman. A woman who wants to identify with all women. My wife carries an almost naked truth.
She sits mansions, beautiful and dominating the space, almost untouched by the experiences of life, her gods and demons. I’m not just an observer of hers, I’m her intruder. I will wrinkle her, I threaten, I violate, humiliate, I will try it as one god and demon, and as another Jesus will suffer. For what redemption? Will someone bring redemption? First, I groom you a little, I take care of you, I suck your nails, I decorate you with your wedding dress, the outfit you wear to be admired, the garment symbol of your female existence, the garment that marks you… I will make you a torment, because I am life and life is both cruel and unfair. Battles with beauty are not won… not definitively at least.
I humiliate you, I hurt you, your wedding dress becomes a knot in your throat, tears, blood. I’m hurting you, but I’m also healing you. With bandages I wrap your aching members. I tie you to commands, I squeez you, I destroy the weapons of your vanity, I don’t want you to be beautiful! I want you to be silent! We’re done! On the floor some materials (symbolize your outlets, if any) invite the spectators to take a stand. Will they do something to win this battle?
Or will they let you lose? Unless you are nothing but free… Materials at the public will be: post-it papers, scissors, non-toxic paints with brushes, red lipsticks, flowers, a bucket of water and chamomile, a towel next to the bucket.
